ORAL PRESENTATION

• Own laptops are not permitted in the Audiovisual Secretariat.
• The presentations file will include a folder with the Power Point.
• Your lecture should be at the Secretariat at least two hours before the session starts.
• The maximum speaking time for oral presentation is 15 minutes (includes
  3 to 5 min for discussion). This time frame will be strictly adhered to by
  the session chair.

POSTER PRESENTATION

• Poster boards are located in Poster Room
• All posters will be displayed during the conference days and should be
  mounted by the presenter from Wednesday August 4th 10:40 am.
  Mounting stickers will be available in the poster room.
• Size of the poster board is 120 cm high and 90 cm wide.
• Posters that have not been removed at the end of the day on Friday
  (August 6th 16:30 pm) will be removed and disposed of by the conference's staff.
